TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Products supplied by Shutter Boutique are custom made. Any alterations completed to the area after the time of measurement being taken which may affect the sizing/installation of the product will not be covered under warranty. Additionally should any alterations be required due to this issue a charge will be incurred.
2. Incorrect sizing provided by the customer as own measurements will not be covered under warranty. Should any alterations be required a charge may be incurred.
3. As these are custom made shutters, should you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed into production, unfortunately your deposit will be non-refundable.
4. Whilst we aim to deliver our product to you within the advised timeframe, should any delays occur, which are beyond our control, we will endeavor to get your product installed/supplied at our earliest
5. We do offer a 20 year product and installation warranty on our PVC products. Our Basswood shutters come with a 5 year warranty. Please note any deliberate/accidental damage is not covered.
6. Payment of your product is required to be paid in full upon notification from Shutter Boutique. Failure to finalise your final balance after your order has been supplied/installed will result in legal action.
7. While every care is taken to provide you with a quality product, we do request that should there be any issues with your product, that you as the customer allow us the opportunity to rectify any issues.
8. Should your product have midrail/tposts, any measurements taken to allow for these may alter by up to 30mm due to the products form and
9. Should you request a different panel configuration after production has started, a fee will be charged should you wish to change.
10. Window treatments are to be removed prior to installation.
11. Items of furniture should be moved at least 1 meter away from the area of installation. Should any large items of furniture remain our installers are unable to move these and installation may be delayed.
